I stopped doing it.
I got about two weeks in. Maybe.
Although the Whole30 was a fabulous kick-start in January, doing a second one in early summer proved too limiting (for me). I wasn’t as motivated. I wanted drink Crispin on a hot day. I didn’t feel like checking foods for additives. I wanted to say yes to ice cream.
So that’s that. I didn’t finish my second Whole30 and I’m totally fine with that. A lot of my meals still look like these pretties:
Just add in some wine, a little ice cream and the occasional processed food something or other.
