Whole30 Update

The update is…

I stopped doing it.

I got about two weeks in. Maybe.

Although the Whole30 was a fabulous kick-start in January, doing a second one in early summer proved too limiting (for me). I wasn’t as motivated. I wanted drink Crispin on a hot day. I didn’t feel like checking foods for additives. I wanted to say yes to ice cream.

So that’s that. I didn’t finish my second Whole30 and I’m totally fine with that. A lot of my meals still look like these pretties:

Whole30 Breakfast

Whole30 Dinner

Just add in some wine, a little ice cream and the occasional processed food something or other.

Hi Angie! I just finished my first Whole 30 and honestly…I don’t think I’m going to do another one anytime soon. Not that it wasn’t awesome – it was. I just think that I’ll feel the same way you did. I won’t be as motivated the second time around. Anyway I looked around your site a little and it definitely looks like you have improved your health quite a bit. Nice work. ;)
