A quick Whole30 food journal post before I head OUTSIDE to enjoy this beautiful evening!

Thursday Whole30 Breakfast: Black coffee.

Thursday Whole30 Lunch: I didn’t pack a lunch today, so I had to grab something at work. Luckily, it was “cheap salad day.” Everything you can fit in a container for one low price! I had a big salad of lettuce, spinach, broccoli, cucumbers, peppers, green olives, tomatoes, sunflower seeds, blueberries and strawberries. I drizzled a little olive oil and vinegar on top.

Whole30 Lunch

Thursday Whole30 Snack: Banana

Thursday Whole30 Dinner: Shrimp drizzled with a little clarified butter; asparagus; celery with sunflower seed butter; and blackberries. Another odd combination, but a healthy one.

And now, the sun is calling…

Instead of the clarified butter on your shrimp, try lime juice and a dash of cumin. Delicious! Add a side of avocado and you have my favorite meal!

Mmmm. That sound great! I might do the lime juice and cumin… AND butter. ;)
