Whole30 Food Journal ~ Mon., May 14

Today’s Whole30 food journal includes another trip to the workplace salad bar and some delicious crispy chicken legs. I can’t believe I’ve already completed my week of journaling! Now what am I going to talk about? I guess I better start cooking again… Or exercising.

Whole30 Breakfast: Black coffee.

Whole30 Lunch: Salad with lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, peppers, tomatoes, broccoli, diced eggs and sunflower seeds; blueberries; strawberries; apple with sunflower seed butter.

Whole30 Dinner: Crispy chicken legs; leftover cabbage and apple slaw from Brasa; mixed vegetables with clarified butter.

Whole30 Dessert and snack: A couple of pieces of dried mango; green olives.

Your salad bar at work looks great! I want a salad bar in my house, but so far haven’t figured that one out.

The work salad bar has been pretty good lately. Yay for spring and summer!

Congrats on your results, I am finishing my whole30 challenge, today is actually day 30! . However I have realized that I am not really ever going to be finished with the whole30, I love how I feel. I lost weight, and gained a whole new perspective on my relationship with food and what I put in my body, I hope to remain on track! And I plan to do it again in the future!
