Today’s Whole30 food journal includes another trip to the workplace salad bar and some delicious crispy chicken legs. I can’t believe I’ve already completed my week of journaling! Now what am I going to talk about? I guess I better start cooking again… Or exercising.
Whole30 Breakfast: Black coffee.
Whole30 Lunch: Salad with lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, peppers, tomatoes, broccoli, diced eggs and sunflower seeds; blueberries; strawberries; apple with sunflower seed butter.
Whole30 Dessert and snack: A couple of pieces of dried mango; green olives.
