My week of daily Whole30 food journal entries is coming to an end. Thank goodness! Don’t get me wrong — I’ve found it to be a useful exercise. (And I’ve enjoyed the support!) But man is it ever annoying to take pictures of everything you eat before you eat it. I’m a girl who likes her food — and her coffee — HOT.
I still plan on posting regularly to share my Whole 30 experiences (and results). I’ll also tell you about notable meals and great recipes. (Did you miss the Thai Coconut Chicken Soup?) But I won’t be posting every single thing I eat from now on. Unless I change my mind. Which I could. But I probably won’t. :)
So here’s my last Whole30 food diary entry for this week:
Friday breakfast: Same picture as yesterday because I ate the exact same thing as yesterday. And it was delicious!
Friday lunch: From the cafeteria at work, a salad of various vegetables topped with sunflower seeds, olive oil and balsamic vinegar; olives; melon; water.
Friday snack 1: Medjool dates.
Friday snack 2: Green olives.
Friday snack 3: Leftover chicken with pineapple salsa.
Friday dinner: “Breakfast for dinner” of fried eggs, chicken sausage, sliced avocado, sautéed orange bell peppers and water; medjool dates for dessert.
